Valor Bison FB Hasbro G3497

A Stamina Bey that hits harder than others: the thick Valor Bison blade pushes opponents off balance, but it is top-heavy and tips over more easily. Because Ratchet and Blade are integrated, the Bit is the only part you can swap on this Bey: out of the box the Free Ball (FB) is one of the best Stamina Bits, but for this Blade in particular a Wall Ball (WB) is worth a test.

Description

The Valor Bison FB is a Stamina Bey from the UX line whose Ratchet is built right into the Blade. Below that sits only the Free Ball. BeybladeGeeks describe the Valor Bison blade as thick and heavy: over 40 grams, metal edges that slope downwards, and three blue rollers on the outside meant to let opposing hits roll off. The testers expect little from those rollers, though; for them the force sits in the mass.

The Valor Bison is built as a Stamina Bey, yet in BeybladeGeeks' tests it hits harder than expected. Its construction does have a catch: without a Ratchet of its own the Valor Bison is top-heavy and tips or scrapes more easily, BeybladeGeeks find. That makes the combination with the right Bit all the more important. The testers got their best result with a Wall Ball Bit. The included Free Ball is no stopgap either: on tournament points it sits 4th of 49 Bits, and the Valor Bison blade 35th of 105 Blades (as of 1 September 2026). For Stamina combos BeybladeGeeks rate the Free Ball as a very good, widely played Bit: it lacks the plastic notches other Bits have, so it turns along more freely and loses less momentum. One rule of thumb comes with that: too much movement costs stamina. Slide across the Xtreme Line on the Free Ball and you give away exactly the advantage you play the Bit for; it is also not especially burst-resistant.

The Bey first released on 12 May 2026 in Canada as Hasbro's Valor Bison FB Infinity Starter Pack.

The box holds a launcher alongside the Bey, so you can get started right away. Blade and Bit are approved for WBO tournaments (as of 6 July 2026); the Bey belongs to the UX line of Beyblade X.
