Gust Bat 3-85GP Hasbro G2733

A Balance Bey riding the tallest Ratchet Beyblade X has to offer so far. The Gear Point bit keeps the Bey fast even when it tilts, but every now and then it sends itself out of the stadium. If you swap one thing here, swap the Gear Point. The classic Point bit is easier to control.

Description

The Gust Bat 3-85GP is a right-spin Balance Bey — it wins neither on hits alone nor on out-spinning alone, but mixes both. What sets it apart sits under the Blade. The 3-85 is an almost perfectly round Ratchet: flat nubs that barely stick out, a narrow ring and no screws on the underside — Hasbro calls it an RBT Ratchet because it is meant to hold the same burst resistance with every Bit. The Gear Point underneath runs on a small ball in the centre: in their September 2025 test, BeybladeGeeks see it set down on its flatter side when it tilts and so stay fast on the move, while the ball makes the run calmer and saves stamina.

The difference from other Balance Beys is in the Ratchet: at a height of 85, the Gust Bat is at the top end of its class. A tall Ratchet moves the centre of gravity further up and makes the run more mobile and more aggressive, a low one stands more stable and more defensive. Its weight, on the other hand, is unremarkable: 43.2 g is perfectly normal for a Balance Bey — more mass carries momentum and holds the spin longer, less mass makes it nimbler.

By tournament points the Gear Point bit stands at rank 32 of 49 Bits and the Gust Bat blade at rank 59 of 105 Blades (as of 1 September 2026). BeybladeGeeks list the 3-85 as the tallest Ratchet in the game so far — the only one with height 85, and for them a nice one-off. Going beyond height 80 is a risk on the 3-85 in BeybladeGeeks' view, though, because even the 80 heights see little play in the tournament scene.

The Gust Bat 3-85GP was released in Australia first, on 28 April 2026; the USA followed on 19 June 2026.

The carton holds the Bey on its own — so you need to have a launcher already. Blade, Ratchet and Bit are approved for WBO tournaments (as of 6 July 2026); the Bey belongs to the BX range, the Basic Line of Beyblade X.
