1 / 5Typical questions from bladers
Iron Man vs Thanos: this two-pack comes with two Beys and two Marvel-design ripcord launchers, so you are ready for a two-player battle straight away. The real treasures are the Ball and Point bits, which belong in every collection; the blades and the 4-80 ratchet are worth it for Marvel fans, not for competitive Beyblading.
Iron Man 4-80Ball
Thanos 4-60PointIn this multipack, two different Beys face off: Iron Man 4-80B is a Stamina Bey, Thanos 4-60P a Balance Bey. Both Beys spin right and belong to the BX line.
Iron Man is built to outlast. The Iron Man blade is a variant of the Helm Knight blade. According to BeybladeGeeks, the smooth surface of the Iron Man blade suits Iron Man's armour. Under the blade sits the Ball bit, a hemispherical tip with a large contact surface: it keeps the Bey in the centre of the stadium and lets it spin for a long time. The 4-80 ratchet has four identical prongs. The Bey is not built for hard hits: with an attack value of 17, the Iron Man blade sits on the low side for a Stamina Bey, so it deals little damage.
Thanos is the all-rounder in the set. According to BeybladeGeeks, the Thanos blade's bulky, aggressive look suits Thanos well. With a defense value of 60, it takes a lot of punishment for a Balance Bey and holds up better against knockouts. The Point bit is a flat tip with a small, ball-like bump in the middle: depending on how you launch, the Bey either moves aggressively around the stadium or stays calmly in the centre. The 4-60 ratchet keeps Thanos low with a height of 60, on the low side for a Balance Bey, and that makes it stable.
By tournament points, the Ball bit ranks 10th of 49 bits and the Point bit 12th of 49 (as of 1 September 2026). The Iron Man blade ranks 80th of 110 blades, the Thanos blade 97th of 110, the 4-80 ratchet 29th of 36 ratchets and the 4-60 ratchet 16th of 36 (as of 1 September 2026). For tournaments, it is therefore worth using the bits in other combos. In Beyblade Dad's test battles, Iron Man and Thanos were among the strongest Beys of the Hasbro collaborations; Iron Man dodged many attacks there, probably because of its tip. ilinnuc takes a more critical view: in their ranking of all Beyblade X releases from February 2025, the Iron Man blade and the Thanos blade land in the “Garbage” category. The bits are all the more convincing: BeybladeGeeks advise that you absolutely should have a Ball bit and a Point bit in your collection. BeybladeGeeks and ilinnuc consistently praise the Ball bit for its stamina. ilinnuc does not like the 4-80 ratchet because four-sided ratchets burst more easily, and would rather have seen a 3-60 or 5-60 in the set.
Hasbro released the set in the US and Australia in July 2024; it followed in Canada in October 2024.
The box contains two Marvel-design ripcord launchers. A ripcord launcher is launched with a rack. Reassemble the blade, ratchet and bit and you change how the Beys run.
Two complete builds — each top broken down into blade, ratchet and bit. Stats from the packaging; performance may vary. Parts are interchangeable with any Beyblade X component.
